Ingredients:
1 ripe banana(140 g without peel) 5 oz
2-3 oranges
240 g rolled oats (2 3/4 cups)
50 g nuts (1/2 cup)
a pinch of salt
1-2 tbsp sweetener(stevia/or your choice)
1 teaspoon baking soda
40 ml coconut oil(3 tbsp)
24 x 18 cm / 9 x 7 inches baking tray
200 g frozen berries(7 oz)
bake 40 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
powdered sweetener (optional)
