She is so true about the excuses. Women will buy a $300+ wig, but won’t buy a $300 treadmill or bike. Spend hundreds on going out to eat but won’t order healthy meal subscription or meal prep. If you can scroll social media for hours you have 30 minutes a day to workout. Not gone always be motivated but you have to be discipline. It’s a choice to be lazy and make excuses.
