This video is about foods to avoid in uric acid. Uric acid is formed in the body when foods are digested and metabolised. Certain foods have high purine content which leads to high uric acid formation. Therefore it is important to avoid such foods if you have high uric acid.
The main foods that you must avoid in uric acid are -
1. Meat
2. Sugary beverages
3. Refined carbohydrates
4. High purine vegetables like spinach, mushrooms etc, and
5. Whole pulses.

यह वीडियो यूरिक एसिड से बचने वाले खाद्य पदार्थों के बारे में है। शरीर में यूरिक एसिड तब बनता है जब भोजन पच जाता है और मेटाबोलाइज हो जाता है। कुछ खाद्य पदार्थों में उच्च प्यूरीन सामग्री होती है जो उच्च यूरिक एसिड के गठन की ओर ले जाती है। इसलिए जरूरी है कि अगर आपको हाई यूरिक एसिड है तो ऐसे खाद्य पदार्थों से बचना चाहिए।
