I think we should advice people to soak chia seed in toned milk whole night and take in morning ,add fruit like blueberry, strawary, banana, kismiss, dates ,avacado, apple etc to get more taste.

I used soaked at night was having first in morning. After three weeks I had allergy in the body. Is it because of this or something else. I am allergic to sesame seeds.

I do exercise 6 days in a week and also take soaked chia seeds with protein for fullness after having this I don't feel hungry whenever I take this solution I don't take lunch or dinner it's good for weight loss if you add it in your healthy routine..
