Thanks for sharing the info about coffee intake. I tried a few times to start on regular basis specifically the black Turkish but couldn't continue as felt uneasiness, seems my BP fluctuated after each intake. As of now I completely give up.

The bottom line is, if the caffeine content at the level present in your coffee isn't interfering your sleep, then it's good

Muje to black coffee pine k baad bhi nind aati h ...mai 2 time khana khata hu...aur 3 cup black coffee pita hu ...khana subah 9 baje dusra 4:30 bje.....phr raat 8 baje mai 3rd coffee pita hu ..raat me dinner ni krta mai...phr nind aati h mst wali

Dr. Coffee withdrawal symptoms ki remedy batayein pls. Coffee nahi peeti to next day headache, body pain hone lagta hai so coffee lene ko mazboor ho jati hoon....waise din mei sirf 2 cup coffee hi peeti hoon.
