I've seen about 4 or 5 videos before this one and I have to say this is the most informative one. From start (take out of the box) to finish (easy cleaning) you've touched on all points. Thanks for sharing!

I've had this for about 6 months now and love it! I make raw pasta all the time now which hubby loves!

i saw a comment saying that this machine is moving while we are trying make spirals or slicers

If the machine is not clamped down properly or put on the right surface, then yes, it may move around during use, which is not good.

does any one know if you could do a beetroot in this machine? are there any veges that cant be done due to there density?

+civilian sol I have tried beets and they do work, but are a bit tougher to push through. Gentle, yet more consistent pressure has to be applied. You only want to put through vegetables that are more starchy and dense, like carrots, potatoes, beets, zucchini, and similar ones that you can fit and hook on to both sides of the unit. I have not tried a cucumber, but it may work, if it is an English cucumber without seeds. Things like leafy greens, garlic, bell peppers and tomatoes are not for a tool like this.

Hey Marshall, a possible association indeed, but in this case it turned out like this as a coincidence. I've had the unit for a few months and it was just about when I was ready and able to make the review video. Hope you had a wonderful holiday season :)
