Our bodies have been asking for years to be acknowledged, to be cared for, to have us be grateful, and to have us interact with them differently.
When you start hearing your body you actually start to get awareness on many different aspects of your life - money, relationships, business.
Your body has a dynamic awareness of EVERYTHING.
But are you willing to hear the subtle communication your body is giving you?
Your body is constantly trying to show you that if you'd like to create or change something, it doesn't have to be through force. It can be much easier than that.
But we live in a world of force, of people shouting. Where our attention is always placed on you who screams the loudest or that which hurts the most.
And our bodies are saying, "I see you and there are other choices. And if you'll just listen to the whispers of what I'm showing you, it can be far simpler than you ever imagined to create what you actually would like to have."
And a big part of what you're perceiving with your body is not even yours. It's just the information your body is giving you about the things and people around you.
Here are a few questions you can play with:
⭐ Body, is this yours? Who does this belong to?
⭐ Body, what would be nurturing to you?
⭐ Body, who or what would contribute to you now?
And remember, there's no way to get this right or wrong. It's actually about your willingness to explore and have the kindness to be curious about everything you are perceiving - instead of having to define anything,
