Where in the 25th Amendment is the wording that a sitting president may only be diagnosed as fit for office only by a physician? Ppl who make this or similar statements as heard here are grasping at straws. If that were the case, then every law affecting healthcare/mental health, such as Obamacare, not passed solely by physicians would immediately be void.
