Wow! You did a marvelous job with the filming all the lovely spots and so much great information. Out of the many videos I've seen of the Hearst Castle this is the only one where I've heard the bells ringing in the towers so wonderful to hear them. I really enjoyed the tour, thank you so much :)

Just for every person's information. A scene of the 1960 film SPARTACUS was filmed at Hearst Castle. Amazing bit of movie history.

Correction sir, Mr. William Randolph Hearst was a multi-billionaire tycoon, not just millionaire. He was worth about 4 billion during his time which is about 30-35 billion dollars in today's worth. ;o)

Wow that car ride at the end was so realistic it gave me motion sickness!

We were lucky to snag the front seat of the bus on the way back down. It was scary enough in real time, not many guardrails and a LONG way down to the ocean.
