Ms. Heart, anxiety is a natural emotion or feeling of a human being. All of us has it coz all of us has stress. Anxiety is the reaction of your body to stress. It is like when you have foreign virus/bacteria inside your body, the reaction of your body is that it will fight it off, hence, you get fever and all. So the reaction of your body is the fever but it doesn't mean the fever won't go away. You have to help your body fight it off right? Just like anxiety, you have to help yourself fight off stress so you won't get drowned from anxiety. People now a days tend to forget that all of these feelings we have are all from external, then we cater them internally and sometimes we just don't know how to put them back out but you can do it. Don't get used to it. Like what my lola used to say when we get fever, WAG MONG E BABY, LALO KA MAGKAKASAKIT.
