Step 1: Create a new Document.
Choose File- New command in the top menu or else just press Ctrl+N. Type a name in the Name field and enter the following information: Width 1366 pixels, Height 1366 pixels, Resolution 72 Pixels/Inch, Color Mode RGB color, and Background contents White.
Step 2: Select the Custom Shape Tool.
Select the Custom Shape Tool from the Tools panel, or else just press U. Make sure Shape is chosen from the menu then choose shape color. To choose the color of the shape, click the color swatch in the options bar, and then choose a color available. Enter a value for the stroke size and select a heart shape from the Custom Shape pop-up panel.
Step 3: Draw a Heart Shape in Canvas.
To draw a Heart Shape Shape, click inside your document and drag away from the starting point.
Step 4: Create The Grid.
Choose View-Show-Grid. Choose View-Snap, to enabling snaping that will help you to align any object (including shape) you want.
Step 5: Adjust the Grid.
Open up the grid preferences, choose Edit- Preferences- Guides, Grid & Slices. I will set the “Gridline every” option to be 5 percent and “Subdivisions” option to be 1.
Step 6: Select the Rectangle Tool.
Select the Rectangle Tool from the Tools panel, or else just press U. In the Options Bar, make sure Shape is chosen from the menu then choose shape color. To choose the color of the shape, click the color swatch in the options bar, and then choose a color available.
Step 7: Draw a Rectangle Shape.
To draw a rectangle shape, click inside your document and drag away from the starting point.
Step 8: Duplicate Shape.
Duplicate the shape layer we previously created by choosing Layer- Duplicate Layer, or by pressing Ctrl + J. Then resize and reposition it using Edit- Free Transform Path.
Step 9: Insert Image.
Select the layer to which you want to insert an image. Go to File- Place command in the top menu to open the picture you'd like to insert. Click on the picture, then click OK.
Step 10: Create a Clipping Mask.
Click the image layer to be clipped, then choose Layer-Create Clipping Mask command or else just press Alt+Ctrl+G to create a clipping mask.
Step 11: Adjust Image's Size And Position Using Free Transform Path.
Click the image's layer. Go to Edit- Free Transform. Resize the image by dragging any corner while holding down the Shift key to keep the image doesn't distort. Drag it to its new location or use the arrow keys on the keyboard to reposition it.
Step 12: Hide or Delete the Heart Shape Layer.
You can delete t the heart shape or simply turn off its visibility option by clicking the eye icon on the left.
Step 13: Insert Other Images
Repeat steps 9 through 12 to open and manipulate each picture you'd like to insert.
