Heart touching zikr that will release your stress insha'Allah

"Allah (SWT) does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear". Surah Baqarah verse 286.
Insha'Allah this zikr will release your stress and depression. May Allah guide us all, may Allah help us all who are going through depression and hardship.

This is not a song but repetitions to remember where we came from and our state there where we only glorified Allah and we were close to Him. ALLAH is not a like His creation that you can Hug him nor should we speak about Him other than what He has revealed of Himself. There is Nothing Like Him. Be attached to the Qur'an and reflect on its message to find solace. In Him we put Our complete Trust that we are in good care.

Assalamoalikum! I would really like to say that whenever you ask Allah for forgiveness never ever say Insha'Allah as, Naozubillah Astagfirullah you are literally telling your creator that if you want to forgive u can but.. if u don't..... Naozubillah I didn't know as well until Alhumdulillah I saw a lecture of. It from Mufti Menk though, of course there are others too who have explained this so, definitely see now what you do in prayer you make two duas I mean , in one ask Allah for forgiveness from bottom of your of course I mean. You have to make every Dua from the bottom of your heart but after asking forgiveness say Ameen SumAmeen and then say the rest so whenever you ask forgiveness say it in a separate Dua. This is how I do it.I hope you understand.and it helps you. May Allah bless us all! Insha'Allah and forgive us all for our sins! Ameen SumAmeen. Allah Hafiz

Best Zikar i have heard till date, but May Allah forgive my sin of not knowing the exact meaning of the Arabic words, and feel if the meaning word scroll with the zirar, than it shall benefit more brothers like me, who are trying to seek Allah light
