Eylul is a rebellious young girl who has changed schools many times and teachers do not want to deal with her. Her father does not even have a tear when he takes her from the last school she was expelled and beat her. However on that day all their lives will change. He leaves her with her grandmother in Marmaris where she have a small hostel. Ali Asaf Denizoglu is not known why he came as a successful doctor from Istanbul to a countryside village to be a teacher. Yet it is an extraordinary entity that will once touch the lives of people and change everything. This will save Eylul from the edge and make her a successful surgeon. Two lovers - yes, no mater how much they deny, Ali Asaf and Eylul fell in love. He leaves and years later they meet again as a two doctors. This is the story of the challenge of life as a surgeon of a girl who has begun to succumb to life, nothing but anger. A man who will give her the courage at the same time. It's a guide that keeps your hand and you can do it. The person we want all of us to have in our lives with all our heart will always keep our hopes of our dreams like Eylul. Of course with love .

Honestly one of the reasons I love this series is because it shows a real marriage. The love, the arguments, disagreements, the making up.

The whole series were excellent n beautiful till sultan appeared n then I lost interest. Very sad. Unnecessary addition of sultan. Instead they should have highlighted the new wedded couple romance. Oguz was too good too along with Emma, beautiful acting skills. Thank you sooooomuch for translations, without which we could never enjoy these series. Girl needs a man like Ali Asaf. A man who always find a way to go to his lover. A man who never shout even he is angry and never talk about break up. The couple in this drama is literally one of best couple that I've ever seen like no matter what happened no matter what they have gone through they always give each other a warm hug.

I loved the end. Even though it was rushed, it was sweet. I wish I had seen Eylül and Ali Asaf during labor. It would've been really nice if we would've been part of that event. Overall it was amazing in every single form: cast, acting, storyline, duration, entertaining, and for us non Turkish speakers, it was wonderful to have the English subtitles. I'm sure I'll be back to this channel to watch it again (I don't think I had enough of Ali Asaf), but for now I think I'll put my phone down to do some spring cleaning😂. I enjoyed reading all the comments, it was like watching the show with a bunch of friends. Blessings to everyone, and happy Easter, Passover, Ramadan 2023.

Yes, I agree, the comments were great and really added to the explanation to watching each episode. It totally was like watching it with a group of friends, all with their own perspective and ideas on the plot. And who they fell in love with.Before I watched each one I read through the most recent comments. But yes, I need to do some stuff too before I find another series..

Gokhan Alkan is a special person. He is very talented young actor. According to Wiki he was diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome and has used this condition as an advantage to concentrate and give all his energies to his work. I trully admire him for sharing this with audience.

This is so far one of the best series of all times. I'm so glad I got to find it by mistake and couldn't let my phone down even for a sec because it had so many lessons to learn. These guys were truly remarkable. I enjoyed each and every episode . The love Ali had for Eylul truly healed both of them ❤️ ♥️ 💕 💖 💗

I did watched several Turkish series already, all of main couples have something in common that annoys me at some point of their relationship but this couple Ali and Eylul never disappoints me. Their love for each other always give me warmth. I must say Ali Asaf will always be my personal favorite male lead character so far 😍

Would you please tell me, if you watched them, are they worthy?: Sunflower 10 episodes (Gunebakan), Just Smile 24 (Gulumse Yeter), My sweet Lie 84 (Benim Tatlim Yanalim) and The Revenge 44 (Intikam). I watched Early Bird (Erkensi Kus, loved it!, they fell in love for real, but they are not together anymore. Can Yaman is very sexy😍😍😍😍), Room 309 or No. 309, Second Chance is one my favorites (Kalbimdeki Deniz), Full Moon (Dolunay), Mr. Wrong (Bay Yanlis).

If you like I would recommend some series that I enjoy watching: 1. Yargi (Judgement) - currently airing 2. Kardeslerim(My Siblings) - I cried so much but yes a good series 👍 3. Sen Cal Kapimi(You Knock on my Door) 4. Her Yerde Sen (Everywhere I go) 5. Siyah Beyaz Ask (Black and White Love)

Would have been great if they had shown scenes of the pregnancy period of Ali and Eylul, just so we can see how loving and caring they would have been to each other during that stage of life. A second season of this I needed plssssssssss. The best Turkish series I have ever watched, will definitely watch again. I always mentioned that I like Oguz...he is a man with strong characteristics...honest...straightforward...caring..even I like him more than Ali...I know Eyul has a terrible childhood and that made her abnormal...but she always treated Ali very rudely...always taking a decision solely in order to keep her insistence ....And Ali never said anything to any of Eylul's unjust behaviour....but Oguz has shown the reality to Ipek...make her feel that what's she doing is wrong....but overall it's good series...thanks for the english sub.....Thanks a lot from India...

Wow what a great series! Just fabulous! The drama never stopped. I found myself just wishing they would slow down a bit so I could take a bit of a breather. So many wonderful characters played by so many good actors. Ali Asaf, superb! If only he were real. Eylul, what a strong woman. “What beautiful flowers from compost heaps grow”. Played beautifully by Oyku. I’ll have to keep an eye out for this actress. Too many good performances to mention. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Now I’ll have to find another to watch. Better not to have season 2. Because they will either kill Ali or Eylul character. Certain series are better untouched, the family is happy somewhere in Istanbul. I get the same feelings with fatmagulun sucu ne? Kerim and fatmagul are happy with Enise in that beautiful house, they visit Australia often, fatmagul even started new business and so on. 😊😅

After watching this series i feel like esma that i should have studied medicine. Doctors are truly the heroes and they way they serve for humanity is selfless. Proven in the times of Covid19. I salute all the doctors. Heartbeat is the definitely one of my all time. Amazing work and great story. Thank you for the subtitles. One of the best Turk show ever I can’t believe I passed on it so many times before. The main male lead is an exceptional actor. He literally embodied Ali from A to Z, bravo. Ali, is the most caring, loving, persistent, joyful, helper, loyal, and beautiful husband that anyone could possibly ask for. If only you ppl like that can be found in real life 😩 Turk films are by far the best films in the world. I literally had to stay up night a day and half to finish this series. It was so worth it. I’m an American but I don’t like our films as much as I’m obsessed with Turk films. I literally and proudly only watch Turk films and have totally have abandoned American films. I feel like I’m transported to Turkey when I watch their films. They have so many beautiful sceneries…I can’t wait to visit it one day. Best part is I’m learning the language with the hue films. After watching this series hats of to all the cast for their great performance, but I am mostly grateful to all the paramedics around the world for they are doing a great job with their patients.Every day they save many lives. Sometimes we take them for granted They are human people aswell.They get stressed and tired after long shifts.Sometimes they try to do even the impossible.They had to face even this pandemic risking their lives.For me you are the True Heroes.Thank you so much.

the ending was sooo good . it gives a great message good always wins over evil . I can't stop having a cheer, smile and happiness on my face . It's a best series i ever saw . Woow... What a beautiful ending❤️I generally liked two things from this show,first is that almost all of the men had a crush on Eylül but they loved her with alot of respect and they maintained their love for her positive without evil intentions they supported her and the second is that no one risked or played with any patient's life for dirty games...they all were dedicated doctors.... The ending would have been better if they had shown scenes of pregnant Eylul. How Ali helped her overcome her fears and how she combined it with being a doctor. But this is definitely one of the greatest Turkish dramas. A 10/10 😍

I can't express myself.. I want to say so much and I'm speechless at the same time. Heartbeat made me so happy. It filled my heart with unconditional love and happiness. It's the first Turkish drama I completed and I am so very glad. Luckily I don't have to pay you heartbeat makers and the entire cast for making me so damn happy. I would have been bankrupt already if I had to. Lots of love and best wishes for all. PS : Those who haven't seen Heartbeat Drama till now don't waste your time and just watch it. You won't regret. Atleast I didn't!😉 ❤ Okay I am missing it already...

Ohh God... The ending... Ive watched so many turkish dizi's but none got my heart like Kiralik Ask. My 2 absolute fav are kiralik ask and kalp ATISI, i came across this series accidentally and fall in love with Eylul and Ali Asaf❤ what a beautiful series❤ cast... Esma, Alp, Samo, Ipek, Selim abi, Sinan bey.. i literally felt part of the family by the end of the series ❤

Even though I loved this but there were so many missing plots, no proper closures for characters, sudden disappearance like nobody got to know the real story of Bahar and Eylul, no closure Eylul never got to know about Mehmat prison and money, no explanation of why they were together How did Selim meet Eylul How Eylul became doctor What happened to Nesrin, her lies about money Sultan story was badly closed, no reactions and story Ipek story with Sultan What happened to Fatih??? Is he dead Nazli? Her affair with Sinan Suleman?? Why Sinan changed etc etc

Yay it’s over! On the whole- a good series. I’m glad it had a happy ending. I had to skip through a lot of stressful scenes to ease my poor nerves. There was so much blind unreasoning hatred, emotional abuse, manipulation & gaslighting by all the cruel narcissistic predators.

I loved this drama so much. Ali asaf, you’ve set the bar so high and eylul your strength is enviable!! I just wish they closed some of the story lines properly like eylul learning how much mehmet sacrificed for her, revenge against nesrin, eylul fixing her rep after she was framed, sinan’s father, was fatih ok after they tried to frame him, revealing of Bahar’s true history with eylul, everyone’s reaction to sultan, ipek not knowing what happened that night with sultan etc 😢 otherwise this is now def one of my fav dramas ❤

I've never been so captivated by series and reminiscences of its affect on my thoughts. This take your heart on a roller coaster spin and lasting impact.I didn't want the series to end please continue with other episode so my heart can know Eylul and Ali Asaf and their friends have a happily ever after the end was great and satisfying but wanted more from end episode.Anyhow I give this series 10 of 10 for captivated affect.

This is such a good drama. I love it so much. I just stumbled across this after searching for Turkish series. I fell in love after watching kara para ask(Black money love). I love both Eylül and Ali Asaf's characters. They both portrayed their characters very well. There's so much to learn from this series. I'm really gonna miss it so much. The characters I love the most are Ali Asaf: He's an embodiment of true love. He loved Eylül despite her bad character from the beginning. His love gave her the strength to fight all her problems. Eylül: She was acting tough because she had lost her mother and didn't have a wonderful childhood despite her father being around. She chose to hide her emotions because she was hurting but thank God for Ali Asaf. He's indeed her hero. She learned to confront her fears and insecurities with her love for Ali. We saw a woman who looks tough but has a soft spot behind her straight face. Esma and Ogzu: They're both good and loyal friends. They care a lot about their friends and are ready to support them in every way possible. I was scared of them being lonely but thank God they both found the partners that they love. Esma found Alp and Ogzu found Ipek. It's really cute and beautiful the ending. I love it entirely. Before I forget I also love Selim I'm glad he didn't end up alone. I only feel bad for Samet.Suleyman, Sinan, Bahar, Nesrin, Nasli and Sultan weren't really my favorite characters. Thank you very much MF Yapim for such a beautiful drama. Love from Nigeria🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬

Who wouldn't want a person like Ali Asaf .. pure love , understanding, maturity, no unnecessary jealousy tantrums , has to be a man of dreams for any girl for sure! These many years apart of distance and longing between them , this is nothing but pure love. An excellent performance with the entire crew, we definitely need another season with this fantastic crew, some things were left unsolved, the murder of Ali's dad, ipek mom should have gotten exposed too, but it was excellently written,played and most of all life lessons to be learnt, I really enjoyed it🎉
