I have been wanting to have a go at making an ASMR video for ages. I'm sure we will get better with practice. What better time than during lockdown eh?
For me, personally, everything around the horses and the barn has that wonderful relaxing ASMR vibe - the mindfulness, the sounds, the rhythms, the quiet, the birdsong, the smells and of course the feel. Nothing beats chilling out with the horses!

ASMR videos really help me with relaxation and sleep. They have improved my quality of sleep no end. I love the tingly feeling and the deep calm.
