Well patches is a 1 mana minion so it doesnt interfere with keleseth's condition... But im guessing the point of your question is why are they used together. Patches and keleseth are both great for aggressive tempo decks so naturally you can often find them together. Also when keleseth buff is applied patches will charge out as a 2/2 minion for free.

If you mean weapon... it is for burn mages. Like cheap spells, a lot of dmg... Otherwise you will mill yourself.
