Probably because he says 'Trump' during the video. He's talking about the Hearthstone player, but KZfaq will be KZfaq.

I can guarantee that Genna did not choose for those ads to appear on his channel, but like the other person mentioned, it’s very likely it’s due to Trump (the awesome one) being named in the video.
