The hunter probably realized they lost and were gassing out. They had 3 cards in hand, played their bran, and Kibler had his quest done.

Imagine everyone with good enough speed getting highest quality resolution for every video. At that point, its not about our internet speed, but youtube’s. Its 100% on purpose to make sure only those who care (or are on screens where it matters) gets the highest resolution, so its less strain from youtube’s side.

@@Whiskypapa I agree that that's prolly the most likely scenario but it still irks me that the ads get put to 1080 immediatly even if they're 3:30 length adds but as soon as I click skip to watch a 30sec video it goes over to a lower res. When I'm on my PC this isn't a problem at all.

It shuffles more card into the plot twist. Meaning, more chances to find what you are looking for. He probably figured he had the long game and the danger he was at was not too severe = worthwhile

This deck has a ton of healing and taunt from doll/batrug on apple, tomb warden, broodmother, and zilliax. So taking the damage isn't a very big concern, since he also searches his deck very quickly to find key cards. The drawbacks aren't as big as they would normally be at first glance. Comparatively the upside is you get the quest online which is the point of the deck. It's pretty top heavy so the cost reduction is powerful. He happened to low roll to imps that game, which sucks and happens, but they could just as easily been Rafaum or Twisting Nether or Mech Whelps or the Betrug he burned. Another thing is that burning isn't a big deal if you aren't a combo deck or in a match up where every little resource matters, which this deck would suck for in the first place because those tend to go to fatigue and encourage not drawing. If you burn a card, it's just as easy to say it was on the bottom of your deck and you would never have drawn it anyways. Solarium was a 1 mana draw 2 with no drawbacks, and that's powerful. Even if that turn was low temp and he took a lot of damage for it, he put himself in a better position for the long term given how he uses those resources and how he deals with the downsides. Another thing to consider is that this is SMORC Hunter. Brian's at 17 after so he's not in immediate threat of lethal. The sooner he hit's his quest the sooner he starts making these big turns that the hunter ca't keep up with an gasses out. Comparatively the longer he goes without the quest the longer hunter has to leverage his early advantage. The longer he has that advantage, the more powerful that Zuljin could have been.

Honestly nothing, it draws 3 card for 1, and turns them into real cards with either plot twist or rafaam, combos with Dorian, and is the biggest accel for the quest other than plot twist. If I had to reccomend something like period, maybe loot hoarder or thalnos.

You must be joking right? The quests have enabled so much stuff just on their own, highlander decks are back in the meta for real, this has been one of the better expansions in hearthstone history, it's changed a TON.
