Dumitru Theodor so what you are saying basically is that you like his girlfriend's editing skills. I actually hate when he keeps click all over the place cancelling animations, so I couldn't watch hours of that. Therefore I never watch him on twitch, but then again I never watch stuff there..

4:00 Admittedly, the 'misplay' last turn would have convinced your opponent that Kathrena was still in the deck, so your opponent would have tried harder to play around the burst. Being forced to play the Kathrena that you discovered implies the real one is still in the deck.

The second game is pretty much how each game with recruit hunter goes for me. I always have the most terrible draws, don't have any plays until turn 5 and then i don't have the tools to make a comeback.

a question totally unrelated to the content of this video: i would like to see a HS tournament played in a format that allows expansions that never had a chance of being standart together. like: old gods, goblins & gnomes, un'goro (and base and classic) for example. or: naxx, grand tournament, league of explorers, whitchwood (hagatha banned cuz only DK card). not to see any particular card, but to mix things up a bit.

but wild is not the same as a unique format. in wild everything goes. in what i would like to see, some sets would be played and some not, creating an eviorment different from wild and any standart seen yet

I think firebat mentioned doing a similar tournament a while ago, where each person chose 3 expansions, and they could build their decks from those only.

Been playing a slightly modified version for Brian's Quest Paladin deck and have been really enjoying it. Had been trying to make that deck work for awhile, but realized that I was too focused on the early game, but I couldn't really hope to compete against aggro anyway, and my deck just didn't have enough value to win against control. Getting an extra copy of my late game threats with the Gorgon Legendary is just a must for that deck.

I respect Kibz for showing the weakness of the deck on KZfaq. Most streamers just show the wins and it’ll give noobs the wrong impression. This deck is insane but you can go aggro underneath.

This has been my experience with the Priest Spellstone Devilsaur deck. I watch streamers crush it and I consistently go to turn 6-7 without being able to play a single card.

I can appreciate that you show us the weaknesses of the deck too, mr Pomeranian owner. Only showing the perfect rng stomps would be one sided and a façade. Dead draws and losses happen if reaching 8 mana is your win condition.

Suggested added, frenzy is so powerful when it hits on the dinosaur, and it allows u to also reload your deck with rexxar 8 drops.. (dk) for your DR to find more. There are some real interesting thigns u can do, I also ahd a control life leech version, since the Dr ( death rattles ) rely on 8 drops, but teh 3/12 guys are really powerful in other varriants that make beast resurrection possible..

Having played that deck a lot. It is a deck that loses hard with a bad draw. Bad draw potential is the decks biggest weakened IMO.

I never understood the phrase "token Druid." Obviously, like all things Hearthstone, it comes from magic but tokens are not real creatures, they disappear once they leave the board. In HS those Druid "tokens" are real creatures. You can return them to hand, shuffle them in deck and everything. They're virtually indistinguishable from creatures on cards. I just don't get it.

Cabal Paxiarch the term token usually refers to 1/1 or 0/0 cards in card games. Has nothing to do with It being Hearthstone. Even in YuGiOh and Magic they have “Tokens”

I already mentioned magic specifically because "Tokens" is a term created in magic that means a very specific things. This link has the part of the comprehensive rules that explains what a token is. mtg.gamepedia.com/Token As you can see it has nothing to do with size, it's a type of permanent with specific rules attached to it. It's nothing like what people are calling tokens in HS which is what confuses me.

The term token in Hearthstone refers to cards that are created by other cards and are not collectible. That's it.

Yeah, but in reality it's just a term that former magic players started using in HS for an effect that did something similar with what they recognized from magic. That's why in magic it's a real key word that appears in card text whereas in HS it's just lingo. I do wish however that the HS developed it's own language rather than "borrow" from other games. I suppose it's pointless asking for originality from the game that has Zola the Gorgon and Harrison Jones.

So your gripe isn't that you don't understand the term, it's that you disagree with its appropriation by the player base. Fair. As a game dev who has borrowed many industry-standard terms, I must say that most people will just call you out on bullshit for coming up with fancy new names for things that don't need new names. Being different simply for the sake of being different isn't the kind of originality most people look for in a game.

Cubelock was a deck with great card draw, board clears, healing, and the ability to recruit massive minions and replay them over again with Gul'dan. Hunter can recruit minions.
