So vest is the British word for tank top, and what I as an American would call a vest is called a waistcoat in British English.

Thanks, I didn’t know about ‘waistcoat’ either! My English is all over the place lol I’ve heard of tank tops or ‘singlet’ in New Zealand as well but never vest. You live and you learn 🤷🏻

@@Lito.Martin Yeah. I lived in England for a few years, and it was quite a linguistic learning experience. A lot of food words and clothing words are different!

I thought it was more like 2 years.. she seems very mature and I personally get very ‘older sister-younger brother’ vibes from their relationship. Or maybe I’m just projecting 🤷🏻
