This extruded fin tube machine is specially for producing spiral finned tubes in different diameter.
Base tube material: Aluminum, carbon steel, copper
Base tube diameter range: Φ8~12mm / (Φ12~25mm /Φ25~45mm)
Fin material: Aluminum / copper
Fin material thickness: 0.3~1mm
Fin height: Less than 16mm
Finished finned tube outer diameter: Φ25-75mm
Spiral pitch: 1.8mm; 2.0mm; 2.1mm; 2.3mm; 2.5mm; 2.8mm; 3.0mm; 3.2mm~8.0mm

Is this tube made from a billet or is it already a tube before this process?

It is bimetallic finned tube. Material of base tube is steel and material of fins is aluminum. It is already a tube before this process.
