Sorry to hear that the hair you received wasn't good. You probably received a bad batch. I still have my bundles sewed on as a wig and it's still full and good years later. I've also tried other textures from them and have done other videos on it on my Instagram @creolenaturelle. I personally don't have any complaints. This particular video was not sponsored at all and I still believe in the quality of this hair.

Creole Naturelle I’m happy to hear they didn’t scam you as they scammed me. And it is possible that they saw how much money they were making, and began to sell cheaper hair to make a greater profit. The stylist who took my sew in down was literally shaking her head after I told her how much I had paid for the hair. Her exact words to me were, “this woman is just taking people’s money...this is absolutely ridiculous!” I honestly wish I had researched them before buying it because their better business bureau ratings are horrible! In fact, I recommend anyone reading this to go check out out, and not take my word for it. Literally, ALL of their reviews are negative...not one positive review. All of the reviews are the same complaint: excessive matting, and no cooperation from the company when they tried to complain about the quality of the hair.

@@alicia7737 I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience with this hair. I had mine installed on a wig vs sew in and that may be one of the reasons why I didn't experience the matting like you did. Also using the right products on this hair is crucial. I found that the Aussie moisture worked really well overtime vs other shampoo and conditioners

I had the same issue with Hergiven hair company.I paid for over $400 for a wig that looked like it came from the dollar store. After 2 months of emailing them and calling my bank I received a refund.

Cassandra Bezi the rinse color came out after 2 washes. I would recommend doing a box dye. I went back and did it. The integrity of the hair is still intact

I didn't seal my wefts. 3 years later and this wig is still going strong!

I have not experienced any mating. I only wear this as a wig install and take it off at night. Do you have this installed as a sew in? I would recommend detangling and two stand twisting if sleeping with the hair. Also to tie your hair in a satin bonnet at night

NaturalChic 24 no, it’s not. Don’t buy this hair. It mats up terribly.

Diva curl products do not work well on hair extensions. I still have this hair and I still love it and receive tons of compliments because folks think its my real hair. The package instructs you which product works best on the hair. Perhaps you using another product outside of the recommended one is why youre not pleased with it.

Atoms Eve You made this exact same comment ,verbatim, on another heat free hair video. I’m starting to wonder if you’re a disgruntled customer and are trying to hamper their businesses. From my experience ,and that of many others, your assertions do not ring true. I do question the veracity of your claims.
