Why you don’t play solemn judgment and anti-spell? I found them very strong when you go first, especially because Kashtira is very weak against board breaker, and anti spell block them.

I like Judgment but not Anti-Spell so much, because Anti-Spell is bad against Evenly which is the best board breaker

Yea going second vs Mannadium I would swap Ogre, Prep, and Desires for 2 Belle and the 3rd Droll - and consider if it’s worth siding into Talents or not. Lightning Storm might also not be the worst because clearing their monsters sounds very nice

@@LukeTylerYGO okay cool, ill try that out. I have been having a hard time going second into an established board if i draw cards like theosis, its like almost impossible to resolve. but ill try siding out ogre and prep instead. I have a theory about desires. so if they have negates and you use prosperity lets say right, they can choose to neg with barone OR wait till you add a certain card and just negate that right, however if you desires into an established board they kinda need to negate with barone (for ex) or else you're getting 2 random cards that can get you there. IMO it makes more sense to side out prosperity rather than desires going second into a heavy combo matchup. thoughts?

Won 3 locals in the past weeks and ended 5-2-1 at a 500 player event, using your list with a few tweaks btw. Great work!

Into post-PHNI format? I could see myself playing it yep, the deck is still strong as it has access to both Shifter and Droll (Droll will probably become a 3-of)

Would you side in Cosmic going first vs Runick?

Against the cheesey pure Runick decks I 100% would side in 3 going first, but against Fur Hire Runick Spright I would not - it feels more justifiable against Bysial Runick to side in Cosmic going first because it hits both Regained and Fountain, but even so it then leans harder into Evenly which I quite commonly see that deck siding 3 of

I found the battle phase quite important for Kashtira which was why not Evenly, but at the moment I’m trying both

Judgment I’m not against playing, I’ve just been preferring talents to beat hand traps like nib - but evenly has become more popular recently so I may play judgment or something else that helps beat it

Thoughts on playing against VS? Had a rough time with them inherently being able to dodge being targeted as well as Caesar being extra annoying for Kash, thanks!

With VS I find that you have to move to battle phase early a lot of the time as it forces them to use Rock to summon or Caesar in hand, which then makes it a bit easier to push into their board because you can choose to stay in main if they use Rock/Caesar

@@LukeTylerYGO understood as far as simplifying a forced board. What’s the exact out to Caesar though, when it is placed on board and he has the effect to be unaffected by activated effects? Anything outside of attacking over it with primitive planet active?

Heatsoul (pointing to 2 monsters) and Accesscode can punch over it, or you can also use Scareclaw Kashtira to lift its protection (since Caesar won’t be unaffected by Scareclaw Kashtira because it’s not an activated effect)

it’s like people totally ignore the rest of the deck when they see shifter lol. It’s all good though, it helps us get plenty of wins even when we don’t draw shifter
