I’ve been going through a really rough time recently. I got broken up with, watched my mental state decline drastically, even attempted to take my own life. This video brought back such good, but painful memories for me. I remember playing Minecraft with my ex late at night, building a house together, taming cats and just having lots of fun. The calming music brings me back to simpler times when I would sit in the dark playing instead of doing homework. I miss those days, but i’m trying hard to get through the struggles. Thank you for calming me down with this peaceful video, it’s inspired me to go back to Minecraft on my own, and revisit the nostalgia i missed so much. This is helping me keep my mind off my worries.

Finally, I felt relaxed after a while. Life has been tough, and I almost gave up on it a few times now. But I'm glad I didnt.

My moms been sick with a rare brain aneurysm since new years. I’ve been taking care of her. My bfs family hates me because he’s been helping me and her. He moved in w me and then we got into a pretty bad car accident in February (hit by a drunk driver) and life’s been crazy. I broke my pelvis but luckily we all survived. I’m only 19 and very stubborn so I healed pretty fast and I’m back to work. My mom had surgery to fix her aneurysm at the end of March but she’s still having constant headaches and may have permanent near blindness in her left eye. She might never drive again. She might never be fully independent again. I’m just glad for these little moments that remind me that the sun will shine again. I’m sure of it. We’ll all get through this. We just need to stick together and get through the mud. The sun will shine again friend. It’s best to be wearing something warm when it does :). You’re stronger than you know and idk what you’re going through but it WILL be okay. Curse, throw something, yell. Whatever you gotta do and then just keep keeping on.

Life is absurd, and I struggle to keep trying in it. Sometimes, all the effort i exert just isnt enough, and it can really get me down. On top of losing a relationship, you could infer i havnt been at my best recently. But i know, deep down, no matter how badly i beat myself up or how often i fail, i must keep trying. Ive begun to start thinking of trying as enjoyable. One of my favourite quotes is from Albert Camus, “one must imagine sisyphus happy” because even though he knows he is condemned for eternity to push the boulder up the mountain, he finds joy in the simple action of pushing the boulder. I think we can all learn from and incorporate this into our lives, even if not to a complete extent.

Listening to old songs that were related to good old times always fills me with a little bit of determination on the next day. And Minecraft/Super Mario 64 songs are simply the BEST for this, it moves me directly to 2009~2012 when breathing wasn't heavy as much as now.

its crazy how we can never truly experience this again for the first time. no matter how many times we load up the game it just wont hit the same way it used to and thats truly sad. but im glad i atleast got to experience it with friends. now that i look back on it i wish i spent more time playing and making more memories on this game to look back on.

I would like to go back when my only concern was that my buildings never failed. Now I don’t play anymore, I have so much bills to pay, I feel like I work to pay all my bills, I bought a pc to become a streamer and content creator but for some reason my pc got many blue screens and I’m not able to play or stream, now I got many more bills to pay, I don’t know what’s happening, this luck, this feeling like I’m stuck and can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. Damn, being 20 years old now, this music really starts to make you think, back onto the old days, laughing with friends so sure that you will see them the next day, never thinking the days will ever change, thinking you won’t grow up and you’ll always be in better times.
