Back pain that had for years is gone by doing half kneeling shoulder presses, snatches and hello. Very effective.

If you club or kettlebell on snow your shifting weight compresses the snow under your feet into ice.. eventually you have to dig your heels in

Strong & Fit Mobility: Is that Montauk? I will not be giving up my morning coffee, but I will be serving it with "The Teacup", eventually... I have made it around with a cup and saucer, haven't tried it with hot coffee.

Hey Mark, in regards to your kettlebell kings adjustable bell that you made weights for, you can do the same with the adex club. If you can find big enough washers depending on your nearest hardware store, you can micro micro load the club. Not as critical for 2hand but super useful for single hand😉

Would you talk about the swing squat? I got it off a ZenK video years ago. Its like the front swing of a rock it but the bell goes up to almost chest level as I squat. I started with a two hand swing and alternated with it. Seems like a great lower body do all. The backswing of a rock it seems a little inconsistent for me.

I have a lot of old gear at the farm, and I use to travel with many kettlebells and clubs over seas. Now I’m bring it way down to 2 adjustable kettlebells, and an adex system, and a sandbag. It now easily fits in the backseat of a sedan

Have you tried using some guerrilla tape to mark a spot on the handle to grab? Maybe that is a bad idea... just checking.

Mark, for the S&F 2H club program, do we do level 1 4 times in a row and then do level 2 with the same weight 4 times, level 3... OR do we do level 1 => 2 => 3 4 times in a row and then move up in weight? The PDF related to that isnt easy to understand whats meant.

You could do either based on comfortability with the material. Usually the first method for your first weight Then method 2 for repeating with additional weights The goal is 50lbs for men 25 or 30 for women based on frame size

He does, sometimes. They get mixed and matched. If you watch enough of the back catalogue of videos, you'll see "non-dominant" used plenty.
