It’s been a hot second since I did a collab with someone, but man,, I absolutely love how this turned out! I made the sketch, and Bacci finished the image! I personally love "Rocket To Insanity" as a fanfiction, and even listened to the entire spin-off with Luna and Parthus (queen shit if you guys know it too) I love how “disturbing” this looks! @@alikat9498 Rocket to Insanity is about Rainbow Dash having constant nightmares of the events in Cupcakes; of Pinkie torturing her and cutting her up to use in cupcakes. Rainbow loses so much sleep over it that when Pinkie asks her to make normal cupcakes with her, Rainbow snaps and kills her, believing that Pinkie was going to harm her like in her dreams.

The small detail on Rainbows face, and the distorted vision of everything else really sells the feel! An the way blood leaks in Pinkies' eye... cheffs kiss.

Man what a nostalgic piece by two awesome artists. I remember doing a pic for the story too back when it first surfaced around the forums and deviant art. People loved the story so much that self readers wanted the art for their videos. Obviously the old piece I made is not exactly expert or Intermediate art, barely beginner styled and colored but I'm so glad to see someone continuing the love of the grimdark that overtook the web and created these stories. Please do continue to do more, I'll continue liking these vids and following. (Don't go burnout style tho I respect rest)

So my only questions are did pinkie stab her self? Or did rainbow stab her while she went insane then realized what she had done? Because she does have blood on her or did she walk in while pinkie make a machine to kill herself and rainbow could do anything then she lost her mind? I'm so confused 😕 but I love the drawing eather way its GOREGEOUS as always😌

Rainbow stabbed Pinkie because she thought that Pinkie was going to drug/harm her like in Cupcakes, when all Pinkie wanted was to do some normal baking with Rainbow.

The reason why Rainbow Dash killed Pinkie Pie was because of a demon named "Zednastica". It was messing with her sanity. That is why Dash was having nightmares and going insane. And Zednastica took the appearance of her best friend, Pinkie Pie.

It's a creepypasta story that plays off of the Cupcakes creepypasta! In Rocket to Insanity, Cupcakes was a nightmare Rainbow Dash had that haunts her and drives her into such paranoia that when Pinkie asks her to make normal cupcakes she snaps and kills Pinkie thinking she was going to hurt her like in her dreams.

Very briefly summarized, Rainbow starts having recurring nightmares where Pinkie drugs, tortures, and kills her the way she does in the fic Cupcakes, and she gets all stressed out and paranoid and over time it drives her insane. So when Pinkie invites her to just hang out and do some normal baking, Rainbow snaps and stabs her to death before realizing that Pinkie had never meant to harm her at all.

Can you stop requesting title changes when they don't need to be changed? There's a reason why Blits puts *HEAVY GORE* in the title for collabs like this.
