Sak Kaoponlek another powerful ass kicker too!!! A question: how to face an heavy kicker?
@adrianyu71963 жыл бұрын
Don't get hit. Fight like lerdsila. Avoid getting hit. If a strong kick misses it will take time for them to recover your only chance is to get them before they get back on their feet. Easier said than done but blocking these kinds of kicks will hurt you real bad. He hits like a truck.

@@adrianyu7196 so would utilizing teeps and angles get the job done?
@LuCa8_3 жыл бұрын
@@scarzandy436 of course every fighter is different but personally i wont necessarily try to distance myself against a hard kicker. utilizing angles will help, just its harder considering if u cut an angle u can run into a hard kick. but you should try to get in distance against a kicker aka mid to short range, possibly clinch range if u like clinching. but i would say only use teeps to counter not to put distance.
@scarzandy4363 жыл бұрын
@@LuCa8_ I agree about clinching 100% and I def get what your saying about staying in range but I see that as more risky but def more reward
How can he train his feet being hard like rock? It's so easy to broke you calf with this kind of kicking. I'm painful after watching each kick.

Vy Thai Bag work but ABOVE ALL ELSE , a fighting mind to both progress and see the form of your kicks . If the stance is good or how do you threw your kick .

Most of Thai boxing training their legs by kicking a very hard bag, and by adding saw dust or sand into the bag a little bit each time until the bag become very hard and heavy. First time you kick the bag it hurt, but when you keep kicking every day and your shin will become numb and don't fell hurt anymore after a while. If you're training very hard and your shin will get very strong and not fell hurt anymore, and you can kick anything. If he fighting with his opponent that doesn't train as hard as his standard it will not last very long.

@UCENTypYoBZxI3eTdYW0bp2g Yes, a lot of Thai boxing start boxing from age under 10. When they reach age 15 - 16 they become like professional, and have a lot of fighting record. My uncle use to be a Thai professional fighter, and his fighting records were over 100 fights. I saw him training couple times. He kicking the bag very hard and that bag is very heavy. I saw him fighting in the ring once, and it not pretty. That time he almost retired already and he got an elbow on the forehead got cut big, his shin were mess up, and he lost the fight because of the cut. When he kicking on his opponent shin it left the black and blue mark, because both of them have a very hard sin.
