This year's monsoon is pounding the central part of South Korea. There's been numerous cases of flooding and landslides. As of 6pm on Thursday, the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasure Headquarters said two people have died from the heavy rain. Over 80 properties have been flooded.

That kind of rain happens in two areas here in Brazil: Northeastern coastline and Amazon Basin. It is awesome if you can be at your home reading or writing... But awful if you have something to do outside lol

Totally agree with you! Heavy rain sounds can be very soothing and relaxing, great to help a person to fall off to sleep. I have been to Malaysia in the past and it is the same there - nearly always thunderstorms and heavy rain - which has made it green and lush all round. Especially in Kuala Lumpur! 😊😊
