So exactly what is the purpose of them sitting or standing around there? Didnt they know it was going to rain so heavily, that could stop the city? Is there a weather forecasts and reports in Ghana? I believe these traders hate the rain. If they had the means to stop it I guess it will never rain in Accra.

This is very sad, no proper drainage systems and trash everywhere. How do these traders function in an environment filled with so much garbage whilst selling food in it? Why aren't they cleaning their surroundings any enforcement ? We can do better as a people, this place is very dirty and choked wow!

How is it so possible that people will enjoy living in their own filth like this, and dont expect the city to choke when it rains, then blame it on the so called govt??!! Did they come down from parliament to create all that filth?! Such a shame!! What is wrong with these brains?!
