Legs are the most important muscle of body but still many individuals neglect it.this episode focus on the heavy squats training.It will help Bodybuilders to gain size of legs and powerlifters can gain knowledge on how to increase weight in squats.
Gym address:-Dronacharya the gym 2575 hudson lane kingsway camp near gtb nagar metro station gate.no-3.Timing:-5:00am to 10:30am and 3:00pm to 9:30pm.
