You forgot about the experimental MIRV, which is the most powerful weapon in the game, but is in my opinion the most complicated weapon to get and easily misable. In order to get it you have to get five holotapes of the keller family. One is at the super mutant camp north of anchorage memorial, the second is at another super mutant camp in a church north of big town, the third is at the nicknamed clifftop shack south of little lamplight(it's on a table near the locker with the victory rifle), the fourth is in a small makeshift shack under a steel electric tower with 2 ghouls(not feral), and the last is, well you can find out for yourself. After you've gotten all the holotapes head to a military building on the edge of the DC ruins south of bethesda ruins and east of freindship heights(I forgot its name), then kill an army of robots flip a switch and that'll open a door at the bottom with a sentry bot. Get past it and go into the where you find the small guns bobblehead. in the back of the room there is a massive steel door with a terminal next to it. If you have all 5 holotapes you will automatically put in the password and open the door. In the back of this room will be a glowing one and a fat man on a table with 5 mini-nukes stacked next to it. That fat man is the experimental MIRV which its unique trait is that it shoots 8 mini-nukes at once instead of 1. Because of this its max damage reaches at minimum 5000 dam. to 15000 dam. in one shot killing everything in one shot except maybe optimus prime. The problem is that when you shoot it there is one that always drags along and blows up in front of you killing you if you don't shoot pretty up and even then that's arguable. It is so powerful and since it uses mini-nukes it can only be used for messing around since it can destroy entire settlements in one go.(it can not kill kids)

Time to find start my next Fallout 3 playthrough before Fallout 4 and find this shiz!

Eugene is carried by Star Paladin Cross who can be found in the Laboratory section of the Citadel, it can be taken off her when asked to trade equipment or it can be looted off her if and when she dies.
