Last week, I streamed Ultimate Railroads solo & y'all seemed to really enjoy that. So why not also show it off multiplayer? I own Russian Railroads and have played it a bit. I thought the German version had coal, so this was different. I do really like this.

German Railroads did include a coal module, but I don’t know anyone who actually plays with it.

Jon asks about downgrading a loco below a previously earned boon at 2:28:38. Edward did exactly that at 1:44:29 and Derek did it at 2:30:17, so it was fortunate that Jon was allowed to leave it.

thanks, I did swap my locos a few turns later as it didn't alter my scoring or building

Original rulebook is pretty clear that you can only upgrade loco's with a *higher* train; did that get charged with the big-box?

You guys all seemed to value the 2-workers for 3 (plain) track bumps, but it's almost always worse than the 1-worker for 2 tracks. Not only is 1-for-2 obviously a better ratio, but if you do want 3 track bumps, you can always send the worker that you saved back to the unlimited-worker space. Only time 2-for-3 is better is when you need that 3rd track *immediately*
