All good for getting in there but these are consequences of swinging it out better to keep punches straight in the beginning

@@richardadamsonii4506 try n keep your hands up more also hard habbit to keep for someone boxers even if you get clocked will take the sting out of it if it hits the glove first also going backing wards when heavy shots come in can help i understand it’s not easy tho boxed my self

@@boxingvideoarchive it would be great if they would add rankings similar for what they do to the open division. Boxing is a win win for everyone involved. I think it would help promote the sport even more if there were rankings. People love recognition.
