Hebron - Soldiers detain Maher Abu Haya, a minor, threaten wrongful arrest

9 жыл бұрынFootage of one incident in a saga of harassment the Abu Haya family in Hebron underwent at the hands of soldiers in April 2015. On 6 April 2015 soldiers detained Maher Abu Haya, 14, not far from his home. The soldiers, apparently trying to nab teens who had thrown stones, alleged Maher was one of the stone-throwers. He denied the allegations, which proved baseless. The soldiers then claimed he knew the identity of the stone-throwers and told Maher’s father who had arrived on the scene that whenever there’s a stone-throwing incident, they see Maher nearby. They threatened to arrest Maher if they see him the next time stones are thrown, regardless of whether he’d thrown stones.

תיעוד אחד האירועים במסכת הטרדות של בני משפחת אבו חיה בידי חיילים בחברון בחודש אפריל 2015. בתאריך 6.4.15 עיכבו חיילים את מאהר אבו חיה, בן 14, באזור מגוריו. החיילים, שניסו ככל הנראה לתפוס צעירים שיידו אבנים, האשימו את מאהר כי היה אחד מהם. לאחר שמאהר דחה את טענתם והתברר כי אכן לא היה לה בסיס, טענו החיילים כי הוא יודע מי היו מיידי האבנים. החיילים טענו בפני אביו של מאהר שהגיע למקום, כי הם רואים את בנו בסביבה בכל פעם שמתרחש יידוי אבנים, ואיימו כי אם יראו אותו שוב בעת שמתרחש יידוי אבנים, יעצרו אותו, גם אם לא יזרוק אבנים בעצמו.

No they don’t, but they don’t care you know why? Because if they see his face again and they take him to the house and punish him (like the soldier said) by beating him up, no one will say anything to them cause the soldiers in this holy land are allowed to kill anyone and they will not even see jail, but if this innocent kid throws a rock they can put him in prisons you can search it up there are a lot of kids in an Israeli prison, some of them are there even tho there are 0 proof against them. @ The terrorist use those kids to attack the Soldiers , one time I saw a kid like that, he was skinny but he had big stomach he didnt look normal, and when we asked him to remove his shirt and he had a jacket with bomb his mission was to blowup himself near the soldiers. For the terrorist they dont care for those kids they use them and when those kids die their parents are proud for this kind of feats and they receive money in compensation . we just protect those kids not be used by terrorist

We can clearly see what kind of people they are. They threatened the child with torture! Throwing a stone at them is a form of resistance. Palestinians have the right under international law to struggle for liberation from the occupation and for self-determination by all available means, including armed struggle

@@shuarma0 I will tell you the correct information because I am Palestinian They bombed us with missiles, we did not keep silent and made portable missiles and fired them at them, but they were not as powerful as theirs. We are certainly not terrorists, but we will not remain silent and will not allow them to steal our land, and we will teach future generations that too.

The soldiers were so so kind to even negotiate with a civilian now let take this to a different level of an Israeli kids throws a stone at the cowards Hamas what would the Hamas cowards would've done to the Israeli kid. Israeli soldiers got to be more firm in handling this matter seriously and the kids should be punished accordingly. I am so sad about the situation right now. I really want peace, but I know that it won’t happen in the near future, I see all these videos of Palestinian kids throwing rocks and I am disgusted, how will we ever achieve peace like that. To be honest I don’t blame the kids, I blame their parents who teach them to hate, hate Jews hate Israelis. Anyone who thinks that the legal settlements are an obstacle to peace are just blind. The Muslim states want to destroy Israel before 67. Hopefully one day Palestinians will stop teaching their children to hate and there will be peace.
