How to get your colored copies / photocopies attested from HEC, if your original documents were already attested by HEC Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. The whole degree attestation procedure in this regard has been explained in this video by Ali Iftikhar HEC.
HEC attests the photocopies of degrees and transcripts only after attestation of the original documents.
The attestation fee for each Original document is Rs. 800 and for each Photocopy is Rs. 500.

Question # 1 Please just tell me replying this comment that " I have done HEC attestation many years ago and now I am going to attest only copies by HEC and after attestation of copies which documents should I upload on CES online portal, Fresh attested copies of Degree and Transcript or Old attested Original Degree and Transcript? Note : I know about that physically I have to send only attested copies to CES. I tried to get this answer from all over the KZfaq but couldn't find.

Thank you for the kind words. You could visit the courier office and ask them to get the documents sealed. If they approve. Otherwise, Please call HEC, and they might create an exception for you. It could have been done easily, right after... But, now you have a month in between.

Should i send both of degrees to IQAS for attestation ? - will sending both degrees impact my Degree evaluation in any ways ? If the envelope was sealed in 2021, you can use it. Otherwise send again to hec. Write the ref number on sealed envelope and courier envelope. Send both degrees.

If you cannot receive your degree as a special case. ask your university to give it to you in writing that degree can only be given after a certain period of time, that should accelerate the process.

Original degrees are attested once only, send the transcripts along with originals for the authentication purpose.

If it is recent, give it back to TCS to get it in a sealed envelope. Otherwise, pay for it again.

Ali Bhai! Firstly thank you so much for such a video. I am facing the issue of my Transcript copy attestation while the original is already attested back in 2016 (was done manually). Now I cannot add the copy until the original is added which should not be the case as it is already done. If I follow the ticket enter procedure then I can't add the original degree which needs to be attestes. I am trying since May 25 and complaining about it to HEC but sill the issues is not resolved although HEC has responded which does not work (the last complaint today and it is pending). Please reply as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

AOA Brother I have 2 Questions 1- I have 4 years bachelor's and 2 years of Masters's degree from completely different fields of study. What are my chances of getting Masters's equivalency ? 2- My degrees, transcripts and the copies are attested from HEC. Do I need sealed HEC envelop for IQAS because some people say for IQAS there is no sealed envelop requirement

Thanks for the informative video, much appreciated. I have one query I need to attest photocopies of my degree and transcript for WES. My original degree is attested but not original transcript do I need to attest original transcript as well from HEC in order to attest transcript photocopies ?

I myself cancelled my application even after approval from the HEC, now my current status appears REJECTED. Im trying to restart a new application, system is no proceeding further neither its proceeding with my previously approved application. Can somebody help or suggest something? I have done everything what i could. Sent 2 emails to Hec, they dont even read emails, both times same same wording reply that i need to reapply. I called hec they said generate token.

HEC samjh agaya sir. But for IBCC; Dear I have alread done with attestation of my original documents. Ab mujhey photocopy krwani hai. kiya ab direct IBCC se ho sakta hai ya wapis board se envelope banwana hoga? Please guide. Koi idea iska sir?

Ali Bhai , would you tell me the validity of the sealed envelope, supposed I received my envelope in January but I couldnt send for ECA and after 5 months I decide to resend send, so would you tell me how long-sealed envelope would be valid for ECA
