Short answer is = NO ISSUE Why ? 👇🏻 Jb ap attest krwane jate ho tb supporting documents ma apni sb degrees ki copies lagani hoti ... Matric aur FSC k certificate IBCC se is lye krwna zarori h k IBCC aur HEC ka record apas ma overlap nai hota, dono k pas ek dusre k data base ki access nai to wo khud verify nai kr skte. But Ap agr sirf MSC / Master ki degree attest krwate aur BSC / bachelor ki nai b krwate tb b attest krte waqt HEC khud apne record se apki BSC / bachelor verify kr lega For Job or any Visa processing 👇🏻 If your have a masters degree then Normally they only demand your masters degree in educational document attested from every department. Bht hi rare chance hota k koi ap se masters k hote hwe b sath bachelors ki degree b mang le.

They recently changed this rule Back in my time it was mandatory to have IBCC Attestation before HEC but now they do not enforce you ...

1) Pese ap appointment k time pe nai HEC k counter pe jama krwate ho on time of Attestation, appointment lene k time pe bas Challan generate hoga wo ap ne sath leja h then HEC k counter pe hi fee jama krwani h 2) Matric aur FSC ka orignal certificate sath rakh lena HEC jate hwe then wo kr dainge Attestation agr marric aur fsc pehly na b hwa hwa but Original leke jana sath

@@Asadkhanswati3 HEC---Does applicant need to attest his/her previous degree/certificates Matriculation/Intermediate for degree attestation. Answer: No, it is not mandatory. Bhai AP Bina matric certificate or inter certificate attestation k HEC degree attestation Karwa sakty ho . Confirm hain.

Agr ap ne private exam diye hain bsc k and uski waja se apki degree pe university name ki bajae Apka district name likha hwa then ap ne ye dekhna h k apke district k private exam ko konsi university handle krti h Jese lahore ma private exams ko university of punjab aur allama Iqbal open university handle krti h To apke case ma apke wali degree ko jo university handle kr rhi ap ne uska name likhna h Aur private students ka kyo k koi campus nai hota to wo campus ma main campus select krte hain kyo k private students ka record main campus hold krta h

Different time pe try kren Esa issue tb ata h jb website ka server down ho ya website apki capacity se zeyada loaded ho ... Late nite timings pe try kren tb may be apko ye issue na ae

Apke behalf pe apka koi b blood relationship ja k krwa skta hai without any issue Bas documentation pori honi chaheye Kisi non blood relationship ko beejna ho to authority letter lagana pare ga sath Tcs se beejte waqt matric aur fsc ka certificate sath beejna parta as supporting documents

Old CNIC ki copy recover krna koi khas issue nai hota, ap apne collage ya university ma ja k un se request kr k un se le skti hain Apki file ma zaror attach hoga old wala and ap uski ek copy krwa k then apne pas hameshah record ma rakhen Also agr in any case apna purana CNIC nai b mil pata then original Nikkah Nama aur NADRA ka Marriage Certificate dono le jaen Us pe b apka OLD name mention hota h to hopefully sirf se b kam ho jae ha apka

Not compulsory anymore ... Pehly mangte the but recently they have changed a bit and ab apko HEC se attestation krwane k lye matric aur inter ki attestation krwana zarori nai h

Inter and Matric should be attested from relevant Board Office and IBCC before you apply for Graduation Attestation from HEC. ALSO Matric and Inter will not be attested by HEC, they will act as supporting documents during HEC Attestation Process.

Its Normal ... Whenever the normal category is full in que they will just disable that option for some time until all already submitted applications are cleared, bht zeyada rush ki waja se aj kal b wo option disable h Kuch arse bad again open ho jae ga jb rush kam hoga But agr apka kam urgent h to definitely you can choose urgent / tcs option

Yes you can do Degree Attestation without PEC Card

Matric aur FSC ki b dalni hain for verification purposes Pehly Matric Fsc add krni hai then Bachelor add krni h

No need to verify the degree from university Simply go to HEC with all the supporting documents (including matric, fsc, your final transcript of same degree, marriage certificate if you are married, id card, HEC application form, challan form) and you are good to go ...

Now they are allowing it from last few time When I went for Attestation, they were not allowing it without ibcc already done on your matric and fsc But in both cases apko phr b apki matric aur fsc ko b ibcc se attest krwna hi parna h in order to use your documents Abroad properly

Brother I visit HEC site and they don't write that. They say that if you done 10 and 12 year education from abroad than you have attest equilance certificate from IBCC otherwise not.

Kafi logon se same issue sunne ma aa rha h ... Shayed aj Aj kal HEC ki website pe appointment ka kafi rush h jiski waja se unki normal wala slot option aksar show nai hota ... Ap kuch days ka fark daal k different timings pe check krte rahen ... insha'Allah apko normal pe b appointment mil jae gi
