Hey, come on, Hecate only left Pippa because she was super scared after what happened to Indigo. Like she'd already hurt one friend, she didn't want to hurt another: "I distanced myself from all my witch friends... including Miss Pentangle."

I feel like Indigo was her best friend, but Pippa was her crush. Seriously though, imagine them all young together. I feel like Hecate and Indigo would have been expelled in a week together if not for Pippa, considering how reckless they both were when they were young. IMAGINE INDIGO HERSELF SHIPPING HICSQUEAK AND HECATE DENYING HER FEELINGS THE ENTIRE TIME BECAUSE IT'S "UNTRADITIONAL"! I need fics like this.
