I'm not impressed with anything he is saying. El Chapo may have started out as a sicario but he certainly became a boss. El Mayo and Chapitos are different factions of Sinaloa cartel. Different factions of the supposed Sinaloa cartel are even at war with each other. Further, cartels do not exist, that is wrong title used for criminal orgainizations. Two groups may call themselves cartels but be involved in distinct criminal activities at different levels, the term is overused and innacurate.
