The model farm is starting to look good now. All u need now is a case 5140 on the farm dagger. Keep up the good work and I love these model farm vids.

You can mix white glue and water together in a spray bottle and spray your grass field to hold down the grass . Also adding some different colors of grass together to make it more realistic

Just for future reference...when grass flocking a field you don't need to use glue at all. Use an earth colored paint instead. Then apply the flocking to that. When it dries and you remove the excess any missed spots etc will just be earth colored and it blends much better and more realistic looking. Also don't use just one colored flock. Mix a few shades together. For the drive that you're trying to blend you could try to use small course stone mixed with earth colors and before it dries drive a tractor through it to make wheel marks. Just an idea.

You can make grass textures using green foam carpet underlay. Stick it foam side down really well then rip the backing off leaving the foam then put some other purchased grass textures and tufts to make it more random.

At last another video on this truly amazing series. You should do on the farms on it when it is built

Maybe make up a mix of soil and water to form a muddy puddle in a baking tray (not to runny). Then wheel a tractor through to coat all the wheels and then move around on your farm to leave tyre tracks.

Good video I use ground coffee in the fields so the attached meets work in the fields

When doing larger areas like the grass, water the PVA down a bit goes further and easier to apply, coming on good though 👍

Hi daggerwin, just a suggestion, I think it might be an idea to either paint or get some scenic pictures for your backdrop next to the yard instead of just having the concrete wall. Great video as always and I'm loving the way the model farm is coming along!

I think you should use some dark grass and a tractor and it will look like it is mowing in the field!

Good video you should make a cow area or something similar

U should get a 1:32 scale hedge cutter and have a scene of it cutting the hedges

Have you come across "carpet farmers" KZfaq channel because they do this and it is absolutely amazing but they only use basic items to create the scenery

You should add a gate to go over the top of the tufty grass, and for detail I recommend hollylovestoys, they're on the brushwood website, stuff with HLT on the product code is by them

you should get a piece of wood to practice on. only aply it to your project if you sort of mastered the art so to say. Rome was not build in a day!
