It really is a shame that someone like Heidi was completely wasted on a season that was more worried on creating drama and rigging stuff than actually allowing the queens to show their talents and just let them have fun and their redemption when needed.

Kandy in her confessionals literally said she’s looking for a way to vote out competition, and another episode admitted to “planting seeds” she is not a winner.

Giiirl Heidi knew it was rigged since day 1. Not talking about Jimbo, but talking about how the producers wanted certain queens to have a glow up narrative throughout the season.

Of course jimbo didn’t want to quit, she probably knew she was winning that shit. And our baby girl Jessica was just there for a good time, and I’m glad she enjoyed her time on the season.

This just confirms a lot of what the fandom suspected. Going back to eliminations just soured the queens who accepted. Still, makes me wish Jessica was in the finale. I truly felt she was the only one who could deny Jimbo the crown.

What the producers need to understand is that drama doesn’t need to be created, it can just happen. They’re Drag Queens. It’s bound to happen. And stop over-producing… let the girls who perform best win, it’s that fing simple. I hate the direction it’s been going lately.

I waited so long for Heidi to get on All Stars only for it to be the absolute worst season, they did her so dirty with that she is a goddamn star but I found myself for the first time in drag race herstory fast forwarding through the episode once she left to see who goes home and then watching something else

They can make you feel like you might lose something but that only works if you believe there is one way to win. But you are always responsible for your choices regardless of why you made them.

It still blows my mind that Heidi of all people was overlooked on this season. She and JAN were probably the two from Season 12 who were most requested to be back for All-Stars, with Heidi probably being THE person from AS8 who was most requested to be on. So with all that support and her clear growth from Season 12, you’d THINK Heidi would be one production would want to push, even making it a two-horse race between her and JIMBO. Maybe they wanted her to be a late-season bloomer or something? I still think the challenge she could’ve won if she were still in was that True Crime Improv one, as she would’ve been close with LaLa on it. Just a bummer things went the way they did though.

Good on Heidi to speak out and confronted producers about the issues going on. I don't blame her for walking off.

This honestly shows the dangers of returning for an All-Stars season, especially if you were originally a fan favorite. Heidi got a favorable edit on her original season, but was not being treated the same way on All-Stars where it was clear Kandy and Jimbo were being the producer's darlings. You can call it sour grapes, but this is also the girls' livelihoods that risk getting toyed with at the end of the day. Same thing happened to Latrice, and Ben didn't even want to return for AS3 at all originally because of how she saw the producers do this thing in Season 6.

I feel like if the producers didn’t mettle in it all & had the judgements been fair, Heidi if she had stayed would’ve won. Heidi had been pushed out of Winning/Top Placements several episodes prior & that’s the real damn shame. Also, casting was super weird. It felt like at one point they were casting like AS6 with some Underdogs that no one would’ve originally casted but then added some Mega Stars like Heidi, Jimbo, & even Kandy. I think those three belonged on a cast with Queens of their Skillset Level like Anetra, Daya Betty, Gottmik (yes I know), & like some of the badass International Queens like Bimini, etc. We all knew who was gonna make it to the end & win once the cast was released with the exception of Heidi self eliminating.

Calling it an All "Stars" season was the first joke, putting Kandy in the running for the crown was the last joke. Honestly the whole thing was a joke. I wonder how many train wreck seasons it'll take for production to realize that when the queens are hating it, people watching will also hate it. And don't come for me Kandy stans, you're a Kandy stan.

Unfortunately whilst Drag Race does still showcase the talent and abilities of the queens, it ultimately cares more about the drama. Everybody say love? Everybody say money...

The only real riggory was how far Kandy made it. She is very mediocre. Heidi didn't have a chance of making it to the finale unless it was rigged for her. Disappointing that she wasted the opportunity though.

At 1:35 she said "that's how the producers knew I wanted to quit" but...she literally had just told Kandy on camera...and they audio picked it up, so we heard it...I'm sorry, I love Heidi, but she doesn't make any sense

Though a lot of great queens and was super excited to see Darien, Mrs Kasha Davis, and especially Naysha. Do believe Naysha and Heidi were underused. The rest of the queens are great but those 2 had a lot more to offer than was allowed to. IMO this is the best Heidi ever looked. She looked great before but in this interview, this was a whole other level.

A terrible season. They need girls who will challenge each other. Make each other grow. Kandy and Jimbo are the same they ever were.

It’s annoying how the show will just waste talent. Eureka, TKB, and Jan on AS6. MKD, Darienne Lake, Jaymes Mansfield, and Alexis Michelle on AS8. Yvie Oddly and Vivienne on AS8. It sucks. We’re over 20 seasons in, can the producers just not make it a fair game? It would become much more enjoyable than the obvious repeated tropes.

I wish these Drag Race fans would take these interviews and stop being so upset and understand that the Queens are learning how the show works and can decide if they can do it or not. For those that know Lacey from Rock of Love, she said it best: READ THE ROOM, figure out the format and find your role!! If you can’t handle that environment then you will leave early so make your mark. If you can handle being the villain you got a secured spot in the end, if you can’t be the villain MAKE IT WORK like Ru once said. It’s a show be the hero, the lovable castmate, the villain or make your make for the time being. It’s a stressful environment so you have to improvise all the time. Idk why that’s hard to grasp 😂😂😂

I think its pretty clear why she left. She was not winning and it possed her off. Jimbo was getting wins left and rifht and Heidi knew she was never gana win. Mix that with Kandy denying what she said and it was a perfect storm.

Not to be a petty bitch, but, this is a REALITY show. The whole purpose is to have drama, to create viewership. You can't get all pissy when the drama is started when you're running your mouth. It's what you sign up for, and since it's All Stars, you've been through this before, and know EXACTLY how the process works. In reality shows, there are times you're kicking ass in taking names, other times, you have shoe prints on your ass and you're bleeding. Kill or be killed. THAT is reality TV, not a drag competition. That's the back drop, drama and salty confessionals are what it's really about.
