The Heididorf or Heidi village is an adventure park at the original site of the Heidigeschichte above Maienfeld in Switzerland. The most famous building in the Heidi village is the Heidi house, where Heidi and her grandfather, the Alpöehi, lived in winter and Heidi attended school in the village.
The story of Heidi by Swiss author Johanna Spyri (1827-1901), written in 1880 and 1881, is one of the most famous children's books in the world. With her Heidi books, Spyri created a romantic and ideal-typical image of Switzerland that is still widespread today.
The Heidi Village will be open daily from 17 March to 12 November 2023 from 10am to 5pm.

Das Heididorf ist ein Erlebnispark am Originalschauplatz der Heidigeschichte oberhalb von Maienfeld in der Schweiz. Das berühmteste Gebäude im Heididorf ist das Heidihaus, in dem Heidi und ihr Großvater, der Alpöehi, im Winter wohnten und Heidi die Schule im Dorf besuchte.
