Delighted to see Musical Fidelity going from strength to strength under new ownership and pleased to see TITAN products I was involved with designing back in the day still being produced! 😃😃😃 My prototype B1 that I was given by Antony, is still running well and my Odysseus valve amp has been rebuilt by Craig Sawyers (ex Engineering Director, Seimens/Oxford Instruments)....

I too started with the A1. Then went on to the B200 due to A1’s furnace! Ma-50’s, then A220, A3 combo, A3.2, etc, etc. Always a fan of the MF signature sound. Good that it carries on.

As a proud owner of a M5si (with access to many other high-end integrated amps working for a hifi retailer), I’m always appreciative of the tank-like build quality and truly special design/topology ethos that is apparent at a brand level. There is a pride of ownership that I just don’t feel with competing products in the M5si’s bracket. While I know I’m listening to an older, don’t-fix-what’s-already-perfected iteration (respect for the non-constant upgrade cycles for the sake of sales for minor improvements approach), the rare MF update is always exciting.

My first quality amp was the A1 which I bought back in the early ‘80s. That was the day I became an audiophile. Have enjoyed many MF products since then, and have always stayed with MF amps - now with the Nu-Vista 800. And I still have an A1 Final Edition on a shelf in my listening room. Not so sure about the Nu-Vista vinyl though - it just broke down - the first MF product I have owned in over 40 years to fail on me.

Excellent video. Musical fidelity products are top of the line and I like them and use them myself with my system. Please could someone tell me what the hifi racks are in the background of the video? Manufacturer, model etc? Thanks so much for the help
