They have said that Enma is a cursed sword of another level that absorbs haki from the wielder to cut more than it should have. So you need to be a really strong person to wield enma. Wado Ichimonji on the other hand is not a cursed blade, evn Kuina as a kid used it without any issues. They had explained about cursed swords being dangerous even before when Zoro got Kitetsu in rogue town. The concept of haki was not introduced back then. 😵‍💫

I think Wado Ichimonji doesn't have similar properties as Enma is because Enma was used by Kozuki Oden himself a guy that literally sparred with King of the Pirates and Whitebeard and even before that, he used haki on Enma a lot of the times - contrary to that who was the owner of Wado Ichimonji? Kuina and then Zoro so it's basically years and years of super strong haki infused to Enma and maybe a year in Wado Ichimonji - only from Zoro, I feel like after mastering Enma the next upgrade for Zoro would be let's call it "awakening/empowering" the Wado Ichimonji and maybe also Kitetsu III Also Fun fact It has been the second time in the series that Zoro has learned a technique that was named wayyy later in the story, first it was observation haki back in ALABASTA! and now Ryou which he learned in the time skip, so maybe we should look deeper at what new techniques Zoro is performing?
