I don’t know how to make this make sense with words but I’ll try my best. Seeing you decorate and do holiday things has almost become its own tradition for me. I saw your tree and realized me seeing your videos during the holidays makes my own Christmas feel more like Christmas. I’ve been watching for so long that it almost wouldn’t be the same anymore if I didn’t see my fav KZfaqrs planning for the holidays themselves. Almost like watching Christmas movies to get into the spirit of it all. I love your tree. I’m glad to be here after all these years! Thanks for sharing

I’ve had the copper coil for a year now and I 100% recommend. The insertion was really really painful,but it’s been a breeze since! Take pain relief before!

Hi Helen be careful with having a coil, i had one that you have to change every 5 years, the Mirena coil, i only lasted 2 years, they never tell you the terrible side effects you can experience having one, after 2 years from hell i decided enough was enough, it was a mission just to get mine removed as they didn't believe my symptoms had anything to do with the coil, literally thousand of women online had the same problems! hopefully there has been progress since having mine years ago, if you start feeling ill look into it. xx

I had the copper coil put in when i was 22, now turning 24! Best decision but they're pretty painful getting it fitted. So i would recommend taking some painkillers before hand! I wish someone told me this before I got mine done :) Xx

I’ve the mirena coil since April. No complaints and only had one or two light bleeds but no more periods 🎉 and I feel great hormone wise.

Good luck with the coil fitting. If you can, try and get the GP to apply a topical anesthetic as the insertion can be a pain - that being said I wasn't given any and survived ;) On the plus side, the whole procedure (with chat before and after) was 15 mins. Definitely plan nothing for the day of your appointment, as the womb cramps up and it feels like a bad first day of period cramp-wise. I've had a Mirena coil for 4 years and very happy with mine (no periods at all!) x

Mentally and physically prepare yourself when you have the IUD inserted. I don't want to scare you but I'm a person that considers myself a person with a high pain threshold so I did not take the Xanax they prescribed beforehand and well I can honestly say it's the most painful thing I've ever experienced in my life and my body went into shock. Have someone drive you there and pick you up lol I had to Uber home haha Also take whatever meds they give you to prepare for it.

You're not an asshole. Adhd folks are more likely to overlook or miss information that doesn't hold a huge personal value. I don't understand space well and I hate measuring etc so its not something I can generate enough care to be detailed oriented about. Trust me a coil is terrible! The side effects are horrible. I just removed mine after 5 years and my brain fog has finally lifted! I feel like myself again and my libido has finally come back! 😅 You’re better off without. My hormones went crazy out of control while I had it aswell. 🥴 but if you decide to take it, I hope it works well for you! Everyone has different experiences 😊 Anyways! Rant over. 😂 Loving the videos, you’re just so much fun and I love having my coffee and a treat while watching! All the best to you ❤

If you struggle with your periods, could you have endometriosis?? I'm currently on a waiting list for a laproscopy to see if I have it. The coil is something they often suggest to alleviate pain/bleeding but won't help any underlying issues.

Christmas is for children and I love spoiling my niece. But I CAN’T stand Christmas songs! As I work in retail and have to listen to them ALL shift Particularly a song by Mariah Carey as she ONLY makes appearance during Christmas as it’s the only time of year she gets paid 😂
