the fastest way to make the trim command work is to press enter 2x after entering TR.

and make sure the lines ( from rectangle) are extended and joined with the circle before using press/pull command

Did you use 2d fillet or filletedge? Make sure that you are working on xy plane. I should have given a specific point at the very bottom of the tooth, instead, I just dragged down the arc and followed the perpendicular point. To remedy this one, just add another line vertical line with a distance of .3161 and attach its midpoint at the endpoint ( bottom) of the vertical line ( the .381 line guide), the point that intersects the circle should be the 3rd point of the arc. Either way, it should still work.

@@pedrosanchezpena7 when join command doesn't work, it means that there is a gap, you have to zoom in the 2 object to check.

You can't extrude an array directly. Instead, you have to explode that first
