✍️ Who is Indiamaan Rish ? A bit about me -
I started my Ecommerce journey back in 2013, while I was pursuing my graduation at BITS Pilani (Dubai). Back then, it was pretty easy to set up a store and get started. From 2013 - 2016 I drop-shipped products on Amazon from India to the USA.
Later in 2017, I launched my first Private Label product which was a kids toy.
The launch went super well and I scaled this product to a $100k Revenue in about 15 months.
Finally, because of the growth of my Ecommerce business I was able to quit my JOB on 31 Dec 2018.
In 2021, I launched a new brand with its manufacturing rooted in India. Currently I am working on this and aiming to scale this up over the next 2 years to a $1 Million mark.
Alongside running my business, I am on a mission to educate like minded people like myself through this channel so that more and more people learn through my experiences and start their own businesses.
My mission is to build a D2C incubator in India which can mentor, provide resources and invest in early stage startups and entrepreneurs who are trying to take India to a global stage.

Pls make a video on all the problems you face as a Amazon FBA Seller in USA. Eg - How you deal with returns of your products? What if you source a product from China and upon reaching USA, there is 5% of the lot that is damaged. What do you & Amazon USA do at that point in time? Love your work. #Hustle

Noted. But quick answers for you to not keep you waiting 1. For cheaper products with high margin. I just discard them. Answer 2 will make it clear why. 2. We always do inspection before full payment. If inspection is passed then we pay the balance (70%). After that factory is not responsible for your goods. You can buy insurance for shipping. If you product is damaged while in transit, you cannot do anything if you don't have insurance. It rarely happens. You have to ensure your factory packs them really well and you don't compromise on packing such as strong export cartons. Its standard in China. Also, amazon will not accept damaged goods, they will inform you if that happens. Doesn't happen if you do it all correctly. Hope this answers your questions.

- No product can work forever. - If the trend is dying down completely you need to launch something else. - If there are better products that others are making you need to innovate. - Amazon will keep products in warehouse and charge you storage fees. - You need to track your math closely when running offers.
