Your starter....4 ticks(beat) is going bad... the starter ring after it finally engages and turns over the engine.. you can hear the grinding and the slowing down.. it almost starts. Jut its not gonna. Plus the mufflers bearing is shot. Its that crazy deep sound you hear. And the catalituc converter is obviously stopped up. (Straight up lies they want that $$$cat$$$) A mechanic i specialize in this kind of work
