Never watched this CC but as he's not part of HH he couldn't have done any of the part talking about how it wasn't the optimizer. It is possible he included the name of the app because of this guy. However if this guy has more info than HH then all he needs to do is make his video. He's also taking stuff out of context if I remember correctly. I imagine this sort of thing just happens with CCs sharing stuff all the time. The lesson here seems to be, if Plarium tells you not to make the info public, you really have no business showing it to other CCs.

I am not in anyone’s side here, but I honestly think that he doesn’t mean actual content, I think he is mad that they used his picture that he shared in confidentiality. I think he means they used it without asking him first. But then again, I still think is a little too much to go out and make a video on it.

The first lesson here is don’t use unauthorised apps or you’ll get banned. And make your computer vulnerable. I saw the HH video and Shini doesn’t have a case. HH was even speculating that bans might have been because of legitimate quick runs, not this app. There was so much speculation about RSL Helper and the Optimiser the HH had to respond. The HH team would obviously have been investigating what was going on because they need to in order to guarantee the problem isn’t their Optimiser, so Hades statement about that would be true. And the second lesson is: don’t make videos when you are angry! That’s a lesson this community should have had recently reinforced by the Saffron Man thing. You’re not venting to friends IRL: you’re publishing your venting to the public. So be very careful when making legally actionable statements, because you run afoul of libel laws (yes, I know libel implies writing and it’s slander if spoken, but libel covers anything published, including videos). CCs are all adults, and adults are supposed to understand how to manage conflict resolution. You don’t do that by this sort of thing. Drama may drive engagement in the short term, but I don’t see it being a positive thing for Shini’s career long term, if that’s part of why he put out this video.

I feel like word of players being banned in a game where we have who knows how many content creators making content about the game, many of them will make videos about the bans happening. Even more so if a content creator has a site/program that is mentioned to possibly be the cause, such as the HH Optimizer. Said content creator would then obviously want to look into the possible causes ASAP, because nobody would want to be the cause of bans, right? I don't see the issue here. Again, several content creators were bound to make videos covering the bans. 1 or more were bound to find out about that hack and then talk about it. Obviously Plarium doesn't want it mentioned, but on the flip side, if it is the cause, mentioning it and telling people "THIS WILL GET YOU BANNED" would be an obvious thing to just not do. Avoid the said hack and not get banned. If HH didn't make that video, someone else was bound to, even other than Shini. All that said, I think it is funny that the image was blurred, BUT didn't blur the URL in it to find the hack. Again, people should NOT touch the hack.

I get why Shini would be upset. He was doing some research on the issue and wanted to make a video but wanted to run it by Plarium before doing so. Then Saph shows Hades the photo and they make one first. But I don’t think they looked at it as taking his content. They probably thought Shini was just trying to help them figure it out and didn’t know he was planning to make a video on it.

I think that Hades and Saph are in the clear and did nothing wrong. Hades only mentioned the name so people (the community members) would know what third party programs not to use because it would get them banned. Think about this RSL Helper and the HH Game Optimizer are third party programs. Now if you think that all third party programs are okay then you are wrong. Also Hades was mainly talking about how the Optimizer was not the problem because it didn’t inject anything into the system of the game. Plarium can not tell you that the Optimizer is safe for use because it is a third party program, so that’s why Hell Hades made his video: to protect his own program. I feel that players should know what not to do and how do you know what you can do unless you are told what you should not do, just saying!

Scratch, I watched the HH video, and all he said in it was that his team was investigating whether or not his Optimizer or RSL Helper was responsible for the bans. He posted that image and stated that he thinks the bans were for people using that bot before he even released his video.

P.s: a random guy already said the name of the program in another CCs video and then reposted it in his channel before any of the CCs made a video about the program. I read and he even stated that no one was listing to him.

its simple to me, if HH had just asked Saph where he got the pic of the CE from and told Shini he was going to include it in his video and said who he got it from, then this could have been avoided. i think i posted a couple of days ago on your initial video that this cannot be either of the helper or the optimizer... it's logic... you have a huge part of the player base using those programs openly... if it was either of those 2 programs we would have had a lot.... like a LOT more bans in that same period of time... the sample size was just too big to be those 2 programs... so at least i knew it wasn't either of those 2 programs... i commented on boozors video that plarium needed to come out and say what it was cause in the IT realm and raid being a unity engine game... it could have just as easily being a situation like... i was running 2 unity engine programs and they were either conflicting with each other or detecting they were using the same files... but plarium didn't said anything which creates this kind of situation... the CC's shouldn't be the ones "reporting" on this... this should come from plarium themselves....
