It's a much higher quality game than BFV so what DICE did is even more unforgiveable.

It's different audience and it would never work, just like it wouldn't if these developers made Battlefield. You need to think here and you have more mechanics that are not immediately obvious. In BF and CoD you just need to run&gun and not give a fuck.

battlefield is cod on big maps. they want to appeal to the casual mainstream market. they focus on flashy explosions and nonstop action instead of tactical and intense firefights like these.

Keep at it man, I think I played like 2 - 3 rounds before I actually started to see enemies at a distance. The more you play the better your situational awareness will be.

Hey I’ve never played the game in my life so I can’t really say much but from what I’ve seen just don’t rush people all the time like you would in cod. Instead try and find flanks on them where they wouldn’t notice you. And also I think it’s helpful to have teammates that are calling out where players are near you so it would be good if you start calling out people and shit cos then that’ll get other people to start calling out as well and what I’ve seen is that just a little bit of teamwork in this game can go so far.

Its really addictive fun. Just dont rush in like a COD player. Watch some guides for it itll help alot. But you will need a few hours under your belt until you really get the hang of it. Once you do, you cant stop playing

Devs are still working on the sound system. Pretty soon, guns will sound different based on their environments, so yeah, firing indoors will sound different than outdoors.

It's not your pc... its the new update. Waiting for the second hot fix to smooth out performance. Also the free weekend brought a whole bunch of newbies to the game.. so it's a bit chaotic at the moment.

Well they said they would do a quick hot fix which would make the new map playable. That has already been implemented. I wont be surprised if the 2nd hot fix will be out in a week or two. If you look at the development statements on steam you will get a better answer.
