Hell on Heels: The Battle of Mary Kay 10/10

Make no mistake about it: The cosmetic industry can be quite ugly. That's what Mary Kay (Shirley Maclaine), the leader of one cosmetics company, finds out when an upstart firm with lots of buzz led by Jinger Health (Parker Posey) starts fighting lacquered tooth and manicured nail to unseat Mary Kay. But with the help of her brilliant assistant, Lexi Wilcox (Shannen Doherty), Mary Kay's determinated to annihilate the competition.

I am a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant now. I was so elated to watch this movie because I was a part of this beauty war. I was a Beauticontrol Image Consultant during the 80's and the fight in the grocery store between the two consultants remind me of what it was like in the beauty industry at that time. It was a competitive atmosphere...lol. Ginger Heath dressed her butt off and always looked fabulous. I actually miss her. I'm am so glad to have been on both sides of this beauty war. I hated it when Beauticontrol was sold! Ginger Heath was the bomb. And those color analysis we did really gave women life. But, I am thankful for the culture of my Mary Kay business. I love it and am so grateful to be apart of it. Thanks Mary Kay 😊❤️😘

I just LOVE Shannen in this movie!! haha I've never seen her laugh and smile so much except in live interviews. Her characters are always so serious. But in this movie she's just so witty lol I love it!!! TY for posting! :)

I'm a MK Consultant and I loved this movie. It put a very humorous spin on the Mary Kay Story and all that the company has gone through. Awesome!

I'm not sure what I think of this movie., a bit of a contradiction, the only parts I believe to be portrayed correctly was Mary Kay's spirit of caring & giving as well as demonstrating company success & loyalties...I did think the character of Lexy played by SD was very funny! I guess the bottom line is having a sense of humour! Women everywhere have to be driven to be successful! you have to; "see it, believe it, achieve it!' - Blessings to all MK Beauty Consultants everywhere!
