In this one scene, I swear Jeff Bridges gives a masterclass on acting.

Jeff Bridges is an incredible actor. An entire range of emotions in less than 10 seconds.

Yes, Master Gregory in the movie Seventh Son. Truly awful. Other than that, a great actor.

Poor technique. Not using rest. Never use offhand when great rests are right under you.

you are missing the point - and yes it's a movie. Bad guy just killed his friend. Setting that aside, it's a movie

Open your eyes. He's shooting supported with his non dominate arm resting on the rock. If you know so much about shooting, surely you know about not resting the weapon on a hard surface (like a big fuckin rock)

How do you know he wouldn't be able to hit him in real life. If it's 1 thing I've learned in 64 years of living it is this. Don't nobody know until they've actually done it. So you can't say they can't. It don't matter what the book says it don't matter what you were taught Real life will teach you Otherwise otherwise

I would have had Bridges with sweat in his eyes, he can't see properly and the other actor with a bottle of water on him, calming him down, a handful of water too wash his face, "left of the tree, red shirt in the sitting position...." and let it play out. The 'this is my gun' line sounded made up.

You did it. You came here. You said it. I'm pretty sure there's a reward around here somewhere actually...
